iPodpalooza 2.0: Who wants my iPod nano?

A few weeks ago I was a runnner up in the BBC’s reboot competition to redesign their home page. My prize was an iPod nano which I recieved from White City last week. But I’m happy with my shuffle, and since I recently celebrated my new found employment by buying my friends 30gb iPods, I thought one of you might like it. Not to devalue the prize the BBC gave me, its frieken awesome, I just thought someone would probably get better use out of it then me.

So, if a brand new 4gb iPod nano sounds good, leave a comment on this post and I’ll randomly pick someone on **Tuesday the 15th**.

One comment per person, and make sure you use a real email address. Anyone in the world can enter, and just realise your comment may need moderation before it appears.

Don’t give it away! Try and do what that guy did in Canada, he started with a red paper clip and eventually got a house by trading. See if you can trade it and then work up to trading for a house or something, could be alot more fun hehe just a thought…

Thanks for all the clips. Especially the news clips from the Australian networks, and with the lack of updates on UK presentation websites recently, idents.tv has been the only place to get clips from various bits and bobs on UK telly, and in brilliant quality too.

Obvious enough? Heh. I was going to enter the BBC reboot competition myself, but I could not think of *anything* innovative, it would have just been a redesign of the page, nothing new in terms of content or clever Web 2.0 type ideas.

Funny how people who never leave comments on this site are suddenly posting 🙂 I’m always on here downloading any dial-up friendly video’s, and living in Canberra, there’s not much going on here, at least according to Sydney, so I just watch Prime, and that shoddy Win news and check out this site, i’m not gonna say me me me, even though I just did, but you know what I mean, but an i-pod nano would be cool, anyway I guess I should get back to my school work, ha ha, yeah right!

Wow you really are a generous person, giving your friends 30GB iPods and now giving away a Nano, you’re a top bloke, and you live in Canberra too. Anwyay, aside from all that, I’m really glad I have found this site, I’m happy to know that I’m not the only one out there who is interested in TV idents and the media in genereal. Well, it’s amazing what the offer of a single ipod can do for a website. Let me try that out sometime to boost my traffic 🙂

I’m already the proud owner of a Nano, and i’d be more than happy to auction the thing off and give the proceeds to a charity (And i’m not talking about The Human Fund either).

Why can’t station idents in the US be as awesome as those around the world?

I really want to be able to give my little sister something nice for her birthday soon and I don’t have much cash at the moment, so a nano would be amazing to give her 🙂

I always thought that the winning entry was totally bollocks, but a well-deserved win. But I might-as-well put my, erm, e-hand up; I’m considering getting a MacBook, anyway, so an iPod can’t hurt. 😉

But, as I never win anything, congratulations in advance to the winner! May he or she enjoy that iPod as much as… erm, well, I’m kinda stuck here, so may he or she enjoy it.
