In May last year Chris Lilley became the first Australian ever to win at the prestigious television awards, the Rose d’Or. He won for best male comedy performance in his show, We Can Be Heroes, which introduced us to among others, his character Ja’mie.
Ja’mie is back this week, with Summer Heights High starting Wednesday on the ABC.

The school it was filmed at was Brighton Secondary College, a Public 7-12 high school. In Victoria.
The show is great for teenagers like myself because it resembles the complete opposite to examples like my school Marist College Kogarah and has out of the box ideas.

kaitlyn quite hot on the show, its annoying that other people think the same as well.
myself and a few guys went over to my friends house, i showed them one episode from the dvd (the 2nd episode), and they reckoned it wasnt funny, i could not believe my ears, any one that does not think it is funny does not have a sense of humour, episode 2 was like the funniest “you told me to put my balls on the ground miss”,

I love this show – just watched the last episode here in England (UK) tonight and so disappointed that there is no news on it being renewed for a 2nd season.
