I believe I recognise my hand in the left top corner of the photo and so request that you desist from displaying the photo without my permission. As you would know, such breaches of privacy are only excusable when there is sufficient public interest, and a court would, I am sure, be more than happy to listen to any public interest arguments you care to make when I take you to court.
